Pistol Creek Eats opened in 2020 and has quickly whipped up a tasty reputation after winning the Taste of Blount Peoples Choice, Culinary Excellence for Best Entree!

Founder Josh Kennedy fell in love with food while working at Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee, in the 1990s. He went on to attend culinary school where he sharpened his cooking skills. Later, his experience as a chef helped him succeed as a catering director. With over 20 years' experience in the hospitality and food service field, Josh works alongside his wife, Amber, also a full-time nurse, their three children, and their dog Bo.
